Appropriate Snack List

Hello West Coast Parents, hope you are having a great week!  We just wanted to give you a reminder that we would like your child to bring a healthy snack to school rather than “junk” food. Their snack time is from 10:00-10:30 and we want this to be a time to take a bathroom break, brain break, and have a re-energizing snack.  Although we love “Airheads” and Cheetos just as much as the kids, we know these aren’t healthy and don’t do much for our brains or energy levels.  If you send a child to school with a snack, please use the following list as a guide:
